To be clear, it does take a lot of ambition to create a business that dominates its industry. The example of Aj’a Yada, however, proves that it does not have to be a soulless endeavor. As a dynasty strategist, A’ja shows her clients how to create generational wealth and health by prioritizing family and emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. “I think there is a misconception among business owners that in order to build an empire, you must neglect your family,” says Aj’a. “Before I go any further, I will say that it’s true that it requires hard work. It is not easy, and yes, you must give up something in order to attend to reports or other tasks. Even so, I have found that companies actually thrive when owners put their families at the center.”
Aj’a understands this perhaps better than most business leaders. She has built her own family empire all while being a wife, mother, and pregnant. Aj’a is the Co-Founder of The World’s Rejuvenation, wife of the Founder and CEO, Minister Yahdan Yada Awakening, as well as the founder and leader of Dynasty Strategy & Doula Services, which provides assistance for birthing families; life/wellness coaching, which helps clients to heal internally before they begin building their dynasties; and Sisterhood Membership, which offers retreats, events, and a supportive community. All services are specifically designed to empower her clients to achieve their biggest dream: generational wealth and health.
Aj’a chose to become a dynasty strategist because she saw many entrepreneurs trying to build legacies but either failing completely or succeeding but at the expense of their families. “Relationships were being wrecked, and this really concerned me,” she explains. “As a wife, mom, and entrepreneur in a family business, I know that balancing those roles can be chaotic, but it is beautiful all the same. I wanted to show entrepreneurs how to weave love into every decision so that they can nurture both their family bonds and the growth of their companies.”
With each client, Aj’a focuses on elevating their mindset, improving their personal relationships, and increasing their income. She emphasizes that building a family business is not just about financial success; instead, it’s about creating a legacy that resonates with the values that are instilled at home.
“What are your family’s values?” she asks. “You would be surprised how many people aren’t sure. They have focused so completely on ‘making money’ that they have forgotten about what is deeply personal to them. For example, as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I value love, passion, and a commitment to excellence, so I strive to lead in a way that reflects that.”
Aj’a also shows clients how to align their families with their dynasties. “It must be thoroughly mapped out with your loved ones in mind,” she believes. “It is impossible to be successful as a business owner if you do not embrace your role as a spouse, parent, and spiritual leader, too.”
Her success in empowering other business owners has led to online speaking engagements, including with the podcast “It’s Negotiable.” “It is a lot of fun to connect with people who dream of doing more for themselves and their families but aren’t quite sure how to balance it all,” Aj’a says. “I’m finding so many individuals who are hungry for a way to build their empires without giving up what matters the most to them: their families. I am very thankful that because of my own experiences, I can show them that they can have everything they dream of having, personally and professionally.”
