Siegrist first to 50 this season; Nova women roll

The Villanova Wildcats’ Maddy Siegrist had a career-high 50 points – the most scored this season in Division I women’s or men’s basketball – on 20 of 26 shooting from the field Saturday in a 99-65 victory over the Seton Hall Pirates.
